FaFi do TheSoft phát triển. Chúng tôi chỉ thu thập những gì cần để cả nhà dùng chung một sổ tài chính.
Dữ liệu chúng tôi lưu
- Tài khoản: tên hiển thị, email và mã định danh từ Google, Apple hoặc email bạn dùng để đăng nhập.
- Sổ của nhà: tên nhà, thành viên và vai trò, các khoản chi tiêu, góp quỹ, vay – trả, ghi chú và ảnh hoá đơn bạn đính kèm.
- Thông báo: mã thiết bị (push token) và ngôn ngữ để gửi thông báo.
Cách chúng tôi dùng
Dữ liệu chỉ dùng để chạy app: hiển thị sổ cho thành viên trong nhà, gửi yêu cầu duyệt và thông báo. Không quảng cáo, không bán dữ liệu, không chia sẻ cho bên thứ ba ngoài các nhà cung cấp hạ tầng dưới đây.
Ai thấy dữ liệu của bạn
Chỉ thành viên cùng nhà thấy các khoản của nhà đó. Ảnh hoá đơn được lưu riêng tư và chỉ thành viên trong nhà mở được.
Nhà cung cấp hạ tầng
- Supabase (cơ sở dữ liệu, đăng nhập, lưu ảnh) – máy chủ tại Singapore.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging của Google (gửi thông báo).
- Google Sign-In và Sign in with Apple (đăng nhập).

FaFi is built by TheSoft. We only collect what is needed for a family to share one finance ledger.
What we store
- Account: display name, email and the identifier from Google, Apple or the email you sign in with.
- Home ledger: home name, members and roles, expenses, fund contributions, loans and repayments, notes and the receipt photos you attach.
- Notifications: device push token and language, to deliver notifications.
How we use it
Data is used only to run the app: showing the ledger to your home’s members, sending approval requests and notifications. No ads, no selling data, no sharing with third parties beyond the infrastructure providers below.
Who can see your data
Only members of the same home can see that home’s entries. Receipt photos are stored privately and can only be opened by members of the home.
Infrastructure providers
- Supabase (database, authentication, file storage) – servers in Singapore.
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (notifications).
- Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple (sign-in).
Deleting your data
You can delete your account inside the app. See how to delete your account.
